We'd like you to be delighted with your purchase and, having chosen our stock for quality and sustainability, all of our products are carefully checked before leaving our premises. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and you wish to return or exchange any products then you can do so subject to the following conditions.
Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange, or replace, any items returned undamaged in their original unopened packaging within 14 working days* of your signature for receipt of goods, we are only able to pay refunds back to the original card / account payment.
* Notification of your intention to return items must be received by us in writing, either by email or by post, within 7 working days of your receipt of goods.
We strongly recommend that you send returns via Royal Mail registered post and keep your "proof of posting" certificates as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. The responsibility for any goods being returned remains with you until such time as we receive them.
We regret that we cannot refund any postage and packing charges incurred in your returning any items. Outbound postage costs will not be refunded unless our couriers do not deliver as agreed. We will not be held responsible if you are unable to receive the package at your specified address.
We aim to refund all authorized returns within 4 working days of our receipt of returned goods (usually much sooner). We guarantee authorized refunds will be made within 7 working days of our receipt of returned goods. We cannot be held liable for any interest payments that you may incur because our refund was made outside your credit card time scales.
We are unable to send exchange replacements until we are in receipt of the original ordered item.
We regret that any items ordered in specifically (or personalized items) are not eligible for exchange or refund unless damaged prior to your receipt of them.
Any goods returned outside the terms of this returns policy will not be refunded or exchanged and will be deemed "in dispute" - a reason for this will be provided to you. We will be happy to return any such goods to you at no additional cost otherwise they will be destroyed following a period of 3 months.
A small number of our larger items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer (this will be clearly shown in the relevant product descriptions) and returning such items, unless faulty, damaged or sent in error, will incur a standard charge of £10-
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, and providing your order has not already been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund with no charges. As we aim to mail items as soon as possible, please contact us promptly as postal charges will apply after dispatch.
Returns of Faulty Goods
If you find any goods have a manufacturing fault when you receive them please notify us by email to returns within 7 working days to obtain returns authorization. We will give you a returns number that you should include in your parcel to us, failure to do so may delay your refund / exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for items subjected to alteration, repairs, misuse or wear and tear.
Vintage Items
Please note that all the vintage items we sell are sold as decorative / display pieces and should no longer be considered toys.
Due to the variable sizes of the vintage products we sell we reserve the right to use recycled packaging on all such items.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
